Reservations can be made with a check in advance for one night’s stay. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. If shorter notice is given, a refund will be given only if the room is rented to another party. Shortened stays cannot be refunded after check-in. Credit cards are not accepted.
A full breakfast is served at 8:00 or 8:30 AM; your choice. A continental breakfast is available for those who want to get started early for hiking or sightseeing at our national parks.
Smoking is allowed outside at least 35 feet away from the house (Utah State Law). You’re free to bring alcoholic beverages to consume. Please, no food or drinks upstairs. Pets are not allowed.

1 room: $75/night + 10.35% tax
2 rooms: $125/night + 10.35% tax
